What is the difference between tiers?
Free is sized for a small production app — 1,000 requests/month, no card. Growth is sized for SME deployments — 50,000 requests/month at $19/month or $159/year. Enterprise is volume, dedicated SLA, named-account support, and a sales conversation about volume bands.
What is not in the API?
No offsetting marketplace, no carbon credit purchase, no SDK wrappers (yet — see roadmap). The REST API is documented at /docs.
How do refunds work?
Growth is billed monthly or yearly and cancellable inside the dashboard at any time. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods. Enterprise contracts include their own commercial terms.
